Default Runtime files


At present I got to publish my software with the Microsoft SOAP ToolKit 3.0
installer, but I want to know if have somehow that I can put the runtime
files at my installer without the necessity of install the Microsoft SOAP
ToolKit 3.0.

My software uses only the client side of SOAP to comunicate with a
WebService in the server of the company.

I use VB6 to develop.
