Default convert .pptx to .ppt with compability pack


Hi.
I want to ask for conversion from .pptx to ppt with Microsoft
Compability pack. Command line conversion.
I can convert ppt to pptx with 'ppcnvcom.exe -oice intput.ppt output.pptx'
But 'ppcnvcom.exe -oice intput.pptx output.ppt' don't work.
Why Microsoft compability pack doesn't work correctly?
