Thank you again for the reply Kin. I disabled everything on the page, no
includes, no scripts and there is still the lag. So I also notice this sort of
process lag on my other pages where the rendering bar in the browser seems to
continue long after the page loads. Such as on this php page -->

Most of my pages are .php and on the last server, this was no problem, spry
loaded on time in a php file. I wonder if somehow the php is favored now on the
new w2k3 and IIS6.0 leaving spry until last, then processing it.
The page in HTML works instantly as you suggested Kin as seen here -->
